Democracy is not an end but a process. It could not guarantee alone the well-being of the Tunisian citizen. Development (social, economic, cultural and environmental) is crucial for sustain the nascent Tunisian democracy. It should be inclusive, improving equality of opportunities and support those who might be left behind (in particular the youth and women in the lagging regions). Diversity is another important pillar that we take on consideration in our entire programs. Since 2011, Tunisians were still re-discovering their “Tunisianities” and were welling to redefine their identities. It is essential to manage this diversity in order to maintain stability and reinforce the social cohesion. Dialogue is the key of success of the Tunisian exception” beacon of democracy” in the region. We believe that transformative dialogue is essential tools for sustainable socio –economic change in all activities, programs designed by all key actors. Our Vision:Our Vision:Our Vision:Our Vision:Our Vision:Our Vision:Our Vision:Our Vision:Our Vision:Our Vision:Our Vision: Tunisian citizen has freedom to participate in their society’s governance and development and the power to influence change.
