Syrine Rekhis

“Medical resident since 2019, with 3 years of working experience in the medical field.
Active volunteer in the civil society since 2011 in the fields of Human Rights and Peace. Has been member of Associa-Med (2011-2017), co-founder and President of Inno-PEACE (Innovators for Peace), an association that addresses Human Rights, Peace and Democracy. Among the projects we cite: The Human Library to break stereotypes (2016-now), Civic Education in Schools in partnership with the Ministry of Education (2018-now), a euro-Mediterranean project on PVE(2020-2021), a project on local governance with IWATCH and The municipality of Ariana(2020-2021).

As a Civic Education Instructor with a focus on Identity-Diversity-Power-Change, Trainer in Human Rights, Children’s Rights, Soft Skills and Advocacy, has facilitated more than 2000 hours of training sessions on national and international levels, and is part of the networks: GCED UNESCO since 2015, and is part of the Goethe Institute’s pool of trainers.
