Raniah Alsayed Morsy

Raniah is the Youth Hub Manager at Alwan wa Awtar and a member of the core team of Alwan Morgan Educator School. She found her passion of education and its philosophical schools 8 years ago and since that connection has crystalized, she belonged to different entities as a facilitator, project manager, pedagogy director and an education designer. Raniah believes in education as a pathway for emotional and intellectual emancipation and she seeks to co-create spaces and interventions that adopt the same perspective. She facilitated multiple learning experiences on life skills, peacebuilding, drama for community empowerment, professional development, design thinking among others. She currently studies “”Forum Theater for Community Empowerment”” at Dawar for Arts and Development in addition to her studies as a counselor and for positive psychology as a professional coach”
