“Noran is a Junior Learning and Development , has a 4-year experience in many fields of L&D industry; Instructional design, training delivery, and training coordination and management.
For more than two years she was responsible for delivering  training programs & projects and seminars for interns from more than 50 nationalities  in AIESEC DAMIETTA  which gave her a good knowledge and experience about every step of training cycle starting from TNA and material design to follow up and evaluation of the training program.
Currently she is enrolling in Gender and development masters at Cairo University “
