Beyond Reform & Development (BRD) is a social business and mission driven consulting firm established in 2010 specializing in policy research, public management consulting, and capacity development. We advise and consult public and quasi-public institutions, UN agencies, international organizations, NGOs and charities and civil society groups across the Middle East, Gulf and North Africa. BRD is established by a team of multidisciplinary, dynamic and seasoned consultants committed to modernizing systems and services of governmental institutions, providing decision makers with evidence-based policy solutions, and reinforcing civil society leadership and participation across the MENA region. BRD is a member of Beyond Group that includes Beyond Consulting & Training, which supports leadership and organizational development of multinationals and large corporations across the Arab world for over a decade.
