Organization's vision and mission
ANHRE has worked since its establishment on promoting human rights and citizenship through strengthening capacities of civil society organizations at national and regional levels. ANHRE has aimed through its programs diverse social groups including women, children, youth, refugees and IDPs. This way, ANHRE has committed itself to the development of local communities and empowering its members to address their issues. Investing in its previous work, ANHRE has updated its vision to become the following: Vision: A civil society that functions based on respect of human rights principles and enhancement of equal citizenship and acceptance of diversity. Mission: A regional network in the Arab region that works towards the enhancement of citizenship values and promotion of culture of human rights with a focus on mainstreaming gender equality, and rights of persons with disability and vulnerable groups, through coordination of efforts and capacity building
