“I am Andreas Muckenfuß, the co-founder and todays director of CRISP a German NGO specialized in Conflict Transformation, I hold a diploma in public administration. Since 2007, I am managing the daily business of CRISP, as well as its strategic development in the fields conflict transformation, civic education and citizen participation. Today CRISP is an eminently respectable organization in the mentioned fields in our target regions (Western Balkan, Caucasus, Post-Soviet-States and the MENA-Region). CRISP follows a consistent needs-based approach, combined with close local partnerships on eye-level, which are considered from the key factors for our success. Besides CRISP, Andreas is contributing to the institutional set-up of other organizations such as Nadi El Mohake in Egypt, Insti-tute for Peace and Development in Kyrgyzstan, Social Entrepreneurship Hub in Karachai-Cherkess (Russia) and others.
I possess more than 10 years of experience in trainings and organizational development. During these years, I have made valuable experiences with different target groups, especially with decision-makers on different levels, such as state-officials (track-1), international NGOs such as CARE, Save the Children, GIZ, etc. (track-2) and leaders of CSOs in more than 10 different culture regions. Most relevant are my moderations of UNDP Youth Leadership Program: 120 participants (policy-makers, youth-serving organizations and youth activists), in Tunis 2018 and the development and implementation of the Networking-Conference: Funding Program “”Eastern Partnership and Russia””, in Berlin 2017.
