Local , Bokra" is a voluntarily nonprofit NGO. A Group of youth gathered to share ideas and make them real projects. Originally the group consists of people who are civil society activists and had a previous experience working with several local and international organizations supporting civil society and volunteer work and many other projects in Libya.

An Organization aims to build a more tolerant and open society where the youth can get a chance to take part in the economic, political and social process. - Aims to develop the community and the country using the youth ideas and vision of the future. - Help to build the civil society and develop it. - Assist the youth to achieve their goals and make their voice to be heard. - Strong participation in civil society and community. - Turns the youth’s ideas into reality. - Injecting new perspectives in society and expand the horizons of the young Libyans. - Empower the youth and reduce the generation gap between them and the older generations (The authorities
